How to search, filter, and sort Flair badges and banners

Use the toolbar on the Badges and Banners pages to search, filter, and sort your promotions. Click a preview to open its editor.

Search

Use the search field to find badges by their text or banners by their content.

Filters

Choose a status on the left side of the toolbar: All, Published for live promotions, or Unpublished for promotions that aren't live. Promotions scheduled to start later appear under Unpublished.

For other filters, click the search field, choose a filter, then choose a value:

Use Tag is not, Layout is not, or Schedule is not to exclude matches.

Combine filters to narrow the results. For example, choose Published and a Tag filter to see only live promotions with that tag.

Sort

Open View options > Sort by on the right side of the toolbar:

• Priority (default) - live promotions by priority, followed by upcoming promotions by start date, then other unpublished promotions by priority.
• Create date - when the promotion was created, newest first by default.
• Update date - when the promotion was last edited, most recently edited first by default.
• Publish date - the date the promotion went live or is scheduled to go live. Other unpublished promotions are listed last.

Choose Ascending or Descending in the same menu to change the direction.

Compact or expanded view

Under View options > View, choose:

• Compact (default) - each card shows a summary. Click the bottom of a card to expand or collapse its details.
• Expanded - every card shows its full details.

Details include priority, schedule, display rules, tags, and a link when set.

Longer lists use pagination, with up to 24 promotions per page.

Reset

Click Reset on the right side of the toolbar to clear your search and filters and restore the default sort order and compact view.
