How to uninstall Flair and cancel your plan

Uninstall from Shopify

  • Visit Shopify Admin > Apps > Flair.
  • Click the ... menu in the upper right corner, then Uninstall.

Uninstalling removes the app and cancels your subscription.

Shopify may still charge for the current billing cycle after you uninstall. This is normal. Shopify bills at the end of each cycle. See the Shopify guide on app charges for details.

Remove Gen 2 code from your theme

This step is optional. If your theme uses Gen 2 Liquid snippets to display Flair, follow these steps to clean them up.

  1. Duplicate your theme and make all changes in the copy.
  2. Open the Shopify theme code editor.
  3. Search your theme for any lines that render or include Flair files, and remove them. Search for render 'flair- and include 'flair-.
  4. Delete these files if they exist: flair-product-badges, flair-banners, flair-app-init, and flair-app.js.
  5. Publish the copy when you're done.
